________________________________________________________________________ The InfoTech Group, LLC Download Backup Agent
________________________________________________________________________ You will need to know (1) what service you use (or will use) and (2) what Operating System you have. If unsure, see below for easy instructions to quick steps for this. (1) Are you new to us? Use a Backup Deposit Box agent. Have you used one of our services before? Use the same agent as before. Are you not sure which service you have or used before? If you can recognize the symbol or have the agent installed on a unit at your location, you can compare with the symbol in the System Tray next to the clock at the bottom right corner of a Windows system. Or, you may call your local technology service provider who installed the agent or call us toll-free at 888.737.8922. Servare agents look like a blue circle with a white "S"
Stewart agents look like a blue square with a gold "S"
Backup Deposit Box agents look like a green arrow pointing up
(2) You will also need to know what Operating System you have. Again, you may know or discover this on your own or call your local technology service provider who installed the agent or call us toll-free at 888.737.8922. To discover it yourself on a Windows system, click Start, click Run, and type "winver" (without the quote marks) and press <Enter>. The screen that comes up will indicate what you will need to know: the Windows version number.  (If there is no Start symbol, you may have a Windows 1.x, 2.x, or 3.x system, for which there is no backup agent from us that can be used.) Use the chart below to determine the Operating System you have.
